My order id at Apollo *** is *********. Promised delivery date was **th February but today is *st March still i have not received my order. I have contacted customer service many times but neither they helped me to deliver the order not they cancelled the order and refund my money. Tracking number that they provided is not moving after **th Feb. I told them many times to cancel the order and refund my money but they are just keeping me waiting.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
