- Wrong item sent cancelling my pickup lying manipulation refusing refund Open
I ordered an Intel Processor (i*-*****k) worth indian rupees **,*** on **th june from amazon india. They sent the wrong item on ** june. So I asked for a refund or replacement. So a pickup was scheduled but amazon cancelled it behind the scenes. Then again I made a pickup request. It was once again cancelled by amazon. This went on for * more times. After that amazon support told me to self-return the item. Which I did (i have the dtdc receipt), after the item was returned by dtdc, i updated amazon by giving them tracking number. And they told me that they will send me the refund in * days(lie #*). After that my status was not updated, so again i contacted them and they said it will be done, it still wasn't processed so i called again, and they said that the last person forgot to raise the request. So my request was raised after almost * weeks. After that there was still no update and I contacted the social media team and they escalated my request to no avail. I did it again, and then they told me that it is my fault for self-returning the item and i should have just waited (after they cancelled my pick up request * times) and then he lied that i didn't have the address of the seller but the address was printed on the receipt and on the return slip given by amazon. At this point they are denying to take any responsibility and lying to me and also the seller is lying that they only deal with amazon, but amazon told me to self-return to seller’s address. It's been more than * month and it is still not resolved. Also my negative review for the seller was deleted by amazon and they are trying to cover their tracks (speculation) that they are involved in doing shady things along with seller (stealing high value orders)
I have dtdc receipt and images of the box, wrong item and the receipts as evidence.
