- Wrong item sent, swiggy refusing to refund and compensate Open

I ordered chana roast dosa and onion uttapam, I did not receive any chana roast dosa, instead I got a disgusting onion dosa, swiggy claims it's not in their hands I demand the **rs i paid for the item I never received back. swiggy refuses the same I don't want any swiggy money or stuff I want my money back. I have talked to multiple swiggy support guys, they all say the system doesn't let them give me my money back, I am willing to go for legal actions if I don't get the same.
It's not about preparation or quality of the item

Swiggy if you think legally you can refuse to refund on this, send me * lakh rupees for an iPhone X, I will send you a Redmi phone and when you complaint about that I will tell you looks, design and features are not in my hands so I can not compensate or refund
