Dear Swiggy Customer Support Team,
I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent purchase of Lux Body Wash from Swiggy Instamart. Upon receiving the order (ID: ***************), I discovered that the product was used, with a broken seal and reduced quantity.
As it was a paid order, I was unable to reject the delivery at the time. I'm requesting a full refund and would like the used product to be picked up. I do not wish to keep the used item.
