I ordered the food from Lassi & More Yelahanka, Swiggy took money from Swiggy wallet as default without taking consent from me. Soon i realized and cancelled the order. To my surprise, i didn't get my money back, neither the food.
I called customer care and escalated the issue but they refused to resolve the issue.
