- Wrong Item Picked up Open

the order of 'mStick Airpods Pro Leather Protective cover' was returned by me. Under this order one Protective cover of Airpods was delivered. While returning the Airpods owned by me were taken by the delivery agent as was shown in the Picture of the product on the Product Page. Since the contact detail of the delivery/pickup agent were not provided, I could not contact him for the resolution of this issue. I contacted Customer care within an hour of pick up but No solution was received even after ** days have been elapsed. Moreover the Customer Service agent did not provide me any complaint number which is a mandatory procedure as per the 'Cunsumer Laws' of India [refer GoI G.S.R. ***(E).*.(*)]. It is requested to kindly give me refund equal to the cost of new 'Aplle Earpods Pro' or Provide me the "Apple Earpods Pro" taken by the delivery agent wrongfully.
