I had ordered a navy blue Mark and Spencers Night suit from Myntra.com and I received a purple check top. I had therefore placed a return request. The delivery executive said that the item is not as placed. I told them that this is exactly the reason for return. After a lot of explaining the Myntra executive called some superior and took the return. After one hour later I get a message from Myntra that the return request has been put on hold as it did not pass quality check!
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
