Myntra - Myntra return pickup failed multiple days cancelling the return without my consent

My return is repeatedly being cancelled without my consent. Ive contact myntra support but they are helping everytime I call they are just putting my call on hold and repeating what the complaint is asking me to wait. They have no answer for my questions like
*. Why is my return pickup being cancelled without my consent?
*. Status of my complaint
*. Have you contacted the concerned department?
*. What the solution provided if the return pickup fails again?

It's been * continuous days the return pickup is getting cancelled.

When I ask for a supervisor they are connecting to the different same level employee. They are not at all concerned about the issue. Myntra is doing it on purpose.
