I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my pending return/exchange request for an order that has not been resolved despite repeated follow-ups with customer support.

Issue Type: Exchange and Return Pickup Delayed
I had placed an order and received the item, but the size was incorrect. I requested an exchange, but the exchange item was never delivered, even after waiting for more than two weeks. I contacted customer care multiple times, and each time I was told that the issue has been "escalated," yet no action was taken.
Out of frustration, I requested to cancel the exchange and proceed with a return and refund. A return pickup was arranged, but even after multiple scheduled dates, no pickup has happened. I continue to receive messages saying, “pickup could not be completed, will retry,” but there has been no progress.
This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable and are causing unnecessary stress. I request you to intervene and resolve this immediately by kindly:
*. Arranging the pickup at the earliest, or
*. Processing a refund directly if the return pickup cannot be done soon.
