I had ordered Crocs Literide Men Blue White Clogs worth Rs *,*** /- on **th September **** from Myntra online. Instead I received Crocs Unisex Sliders worth Rs *,*** /- on **th September ****. As soon as I received the wrong product I placed a call to the customer care and also raised the issue on the platform. Since wrong product was delivered, only return request was available and so I moved ahead with it. I was notified verbally and in written on the platform that the request would be processed within ** hours / by **th September ****. After this time period I was again told that it will take further **-** hours for the issue to be resolved. So I again waited till **th September ****. On **th September ****, I was again told that the return request will be processed by another ** to ** hours. This issue seems to be never ending. I am mentally distressed since Myntra seems to not react or explain the reason behind the delay and just tells me that their team is working on it. They seem to have taken a liberty to indefinitely prolong the time period to process this issue and mentally harassed the consumer with their vague response and extended delays refund my money for the wrong product they delivered me. As such my money is stuck with them and I am left with a cheap and a wrong product at hand.
