I had taken up the Matter with TATA CLIQ and the Following describes my Complaint:

SUB: I feel Cheated anf Robbed by Tata Cliq- Need Your Help

Dear Sir/ Madam,
*. I had placed an Order on your OnLine Store on **.Jul.**** vide Order reference “Tata Cilq Order ID:********* (******-***-******) | Dated **.Jul.****”
*. The Invoice No. is A***********A*** Dated **.Jul.****.
*. There is No identification ID of the item on your website (onlinestore) but the description Read “BOYA BY-HM*** Omni-Directional Dynamic Handheld”. The Price Shown under the Image is shown as ₹.*,***/- (with a strike through) and the Discounted Price is recorded as ₹.*,***/. Also this item is flagged as “New”.
*. On your website the Product details recorded that the Box would Contain “IN THE BOX: Microphone WXLR*PRO Transmitter, User Manual”. This is also shown on the Picture at the Description of the Product, in which the Transmitter is shown attached to the Microphone. So the Description and the Picture represent the Product, for which I had placed my above referred Order.
*. Incidentally, there was another similar product of your online store, which has the description as “BOYA BY-HM*** Omni-Directional Wireless Dynamic and the Price of this Product is shown ₹.*,***/- (with a strike through) and the discounted price is recorded as ₹****. This item is also flagged as “New”. Further, the Product details recorded that the Box would Contain “IN THE BOX: Main Unit, User Manual”.
*. Thus, based on the above description, detailed information and the specifications as advertised by you and as depicted by you, I placed the Order for the Item “BOYA BY-HM*** Omni-Directional Dynamic Handheld.”
*. I also paid the Full Price of the Item using a Credit Card of my Husband.
*. The Order was Confirmed to me vide eMail, dated **.Jul.***** **:** and the same is enclosed at Annexure-* for your ready reference. This eMail clearly shows the picture of the Item which I have ordered and it is the same, as shown on your onlinestore, i.e. the Microphone alongwith the Transmitter attached to it.
*. I got another eMail, dated **.Jul.**** **:**, stating that my item was ready to be shipped. This eMail, as enclosed at Annexure-* for your ready reference, also had the picture of the item that I had ordered and it was the same, as shown on your onlinestore, and which I had paid for, i.e. the Microphone alongwith the Transmitter attached to it.
**. I got yet another eMail, dated **.Jul.**** **:**, intimating me that my item/order was shipped and it would be arriving early. This eMail, as enclosed at Annexure-* for your ready reference, also had the picture of the item that I had ordered and it was the same, as shown on your onlinestore, and which I had paid for, i.e. the Microphone alongwith the Transmitter attached to it.
**. A Package was delivered to me on **.Jul.**** (Saturday) at about **:** PM. or something like this.
**.*. [However, it was not on your record. At Annexure-* I enclose your eMail Dated **.**.**** **:** indicating that “My Order was delayed”.]. Incidentally, this eMail also had the picture of the item that I had ordered and it was the same, as shown on your onlinestore, and which I had paid for, i.e. the Microphone alongwith the Transmitter attached to it.

I had received yet another eMail from you dated **.**.**** **:**, as enclosed at Annecure-*, stating that my order was delivered. this eMail also had the picture of the item that I had ordered and it was the same, as shown on your onlinestore, and which I had paid for, i.e. the Microphone alongwith the Transmitter attached to it.
**. So, therefore, the Item which I had ordered, has been depicting a Microphone with a Transmitter attached to it, as shown by your various Documents, as enclosed along.
**. However, When I opened the Package it contained only a Microphone. The “WXLR*PRO Transmitter” was not received by me in the Package.
**. Incidentally, in this era of digital world and online shopping, as my normal habit, I opened this Package also on Video. Right from making the First Cut till the unpacking to unboxing. There was only a Microphone and the Transmitter was not received.
**. I almost immediately dialled ********** on **,Jul.**** at **:** hrs. (**:** PM) to inform my concern/complaint that I had not received the item which I had ordered but something else. But the IVR advised me to keep the phone down. At **:** pm I got a Call from +**(**)********. The lady at the other end advised me to write my complaint, of receiving incorrect or deficient item, on the WhatsApp No. **********, alongwith a copy of the Invoice and the picture(s) of the item.
**. This was sent by me at **:** on Saturday **.Jul.**** itself. As can be seen that I even tried to get an eMail ID for the Customer care but there has been no response. The eMail ID of the Customer Care could not be located anywhere on the site or the internet.
*. This is all pictorially elaborated vide my enclosed document which was sent, vide WhatsApp, as above. This is again being enclosed here at Annexure-*.
*. The Text of the WhatsApp message, that I sent on **.**.**** at **:** is as below:
The Items have NOT be supplied as per the Order. The Details are attached in a PDF Document. Also, the Package was opened on Video and the Video is also being attached herewith for ready reference. Please understand that I am NOT interested in a Refund but in the Product. Please deliver me the Deficient Item, as advised by me on my PDF request. Thanking you. If you want anything else please do not hesitate to ask me for the same. I am sure that Tata Cliq will not Cheat me and help me get the right Product for which I have already made the payment and would not ask me for "Return and Refund".
*. Thereafter nothing was happening. I tried calling the Customer Number several times but everytime it would state that your complaint is already registered and we would get back to you.
*. Then on **.**.**** at **:** (**:** pm) I got a call from Ms. Kiran who stated that she was calling me from Tata Cliq and spoke to my husband. They were discussing the issue for about ** minutes. Then she disconnected the phone abruptly and never called again. During this discussion, she several times told that the call was being recorded. She also stated, in very clear terms that Tata Cliq will NOT deliver the product as ordered by me but will only make a refund, She told that Tata Cliq do not have a policy of replacement and also did not have the policy of delivering only the deficient item and that Tata Cliq only have a Policy of ‘Return and Refund”.
*. To this my husband stated that such a policy is NOT in the best interest of a Customer and Tata Cliq is taking Customer for a ride and that it is tantamount to Robbery and Stealing the money of a Customer. My husband also stated an incident when someone in US broke open a Bank and stole *M dollars and used this stolen money to play some kind of ‘Lottery’ and winning *B Dollars during the night. Thereafter, in the morning this Robber goes back to bank and gives them back the ‘stolen’ money and even double of that but he was tried and found convict of a criminal offence.
*. During the discussion, before cutting off the line in a highly inappropriate manner, Ms. Kiran had advised to escalate the issue to the eMail CSManagement@tatcliq.com as it was not possible for her to resolve the issue. She had even offered a heavy compensation but was not acceptable to me since I need the Item which I have ordered and which is clearly understood by Tata Cliq too. This Item was flagged as New on your onlinestore so it must definitely be available in your stores or in the stores of your vendor. AND hence the correct item must be delivered to me, as ordered by me.
*. I would once again like to bring it on record that I want the item for which I had placed my Order and this Item, which I ordered, has been confirmed to me several times by tata Cliq but Tata Cliq is does not seem inclined to Deliver me that Item for which they demanded my money and which I made the payment for. This is tamtamount to Cheating and Stealing and causing nuisance and harassment to me.

**. I received an eMail on **.Jul.**** **:**, wherein the following has been recorded:
**. I have enclosed both these above referred eMails at Annexure-* and Annexure-* respectively, for your ready reference.
**. As can be seen from these eMails, these refer to two different complaints and ticket numbers. While I fail to understand the reason for two different ticket numbers, I am sure you would definitely understand as to why there are Two Tickets while the issue is single.
**. Incidentally, someone from Xpressbees have been messaging me and today on **.jul.**** at about *pm deputed their rep to pick up this item. Since I had no advise from Tata Cliq to handover this item, the same was not handed over and it is still with me awaiting your advise. I am sure that the Correct Item, as ordered by me would only be delivered to me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
