Jayaraman filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 21, 2023
I have placed an order# OD****************** for Philips Air-Fryer HD****/** with Flipkart on **th-Nov-**** and was delivered on **th-Nov-**** . Upon checking the product, it was found to be wrong/incorrect item and immediately notified to flipkart support. I was told told that there would be replacement sent. After all the time spent for replacement process, come **th-Nov-**** the delivery date of replacement order# OD******************. With no commnication available to reach the delivery person,my whole day was unproductive only to know later that the replacement order was again wrong/incorrect item. Speaking with flipkart support did not help in immediate resolution. I was told to handover the original order and accept the replacement order, for the resolution. On the same day after much struggle, i was told by support team an escalation ticket was created. On **-Nov-**** , the return request to collect the replacement order was canceled with fraudulent reason of product damage, where flipkart or its logistics partner did not even turn up for the pickup.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
