- Wrong Item Delivered and not providing Refund Open
Hi, I have ordered food on Swiggy **th Dec ****.

I have ordered * items from * restaurant. Out of that * item was wrong, instead of the item I have ordered, which is chicken kothu parotta. They delivered chicken **. Which is of no use to me, since I already ordered the starter in the same order.
I reached to help and chat with the customer support executive around *:** and continued multiple level escalation team discussions up to ** PM. Neither they are ready to deliver the right item nor ready to refund the amount I paid INR.*** for that item. Even I requested then to send an agent to collect the wrong item for that also they are saying no such policy or option available with them. Instead of the actual amount refund, they started bargaining from INR ** to *** as some coupon which I can use only on my next order. When I asked about the remaining amount which I lost due to somebody's mistake. They simply said this is the max we can offer as per our policy and sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
