Received Broken and Fractured Eggs from Swiggy Instamart (Hegg Egg Pack) – No Compensation Provided
I recently placed an order on Swiggy Instamart for a pack of Hegg Eggs. However, upon delivery, I found that several eggs were broken and fractured, making them unusable. The carton was messy, and egg yolk had leaked inside the packaging, which was very unhygienic. It was evident that the product was not handled properly during packing or delivery.
I contacted Swiggy Support immediately to report the issue. Unfortunately, they only took “feedback for future orders”and refused to offer any refund or replacement for the damaged item. This is unacceptable, especially since customers expect safe delivery and compensation for defective or damaged products.
