- Wrong item delivered Ajio not picking up the item and refunding Closed

On **th July I placed an order for * items through order ID FL**********.
I receive a single product in place of these * items and that too a wrong item with bar code no. *************
Now the plight starts I have been assured almost ** times now that this product will be picked up(value INR ***) and in place of it I will get refund of INR **** ( value of my products)
Since that day I have been following up.
The product has still not been picked up !
The executive who comes to pick it up says product description doesn't match and the quantity doesn't match. This is despite the fact that Ajio says that they have tagged the product to be picked up without quality check.
I have lost my patience and it's impossible to take out an hour daily to wait at ajio customer service call and explain it to a new executive each time.
