I called RBL Bank credit card department to know about the fore clousure of my EMI. The customer said that I need to pay Rs ***** to close my EMI. I confirmed from him twice that after paying ***** my credit limit will come to actual and there will be no pending amount to be paid, he said yes but next daay they said that wrong information was shared by the executive and cahred me with Rs ****. I have the call receord of the conversation
