I have purchased mi led tv on **th April from Sneh Communications, dlf Mall of India, Noida.

My requirement was a full hd tv, but the staff was in so hurry to bill that they miscommunication and misguided that **inch is a full hd tv. They also said that the stock will not come till ** more days & gave me **inch hd ready tv and also no one was there to explain the features, which comes under major forte of the store. When next morning, i again went back to store to get it exchanged for a fu hd tv, they denied my request and asked to get in contact with Customer care to get the exceptional approvals.
MI homes is not entertaining me and asking me to get in touch with customer care to get the exceptional approval for replacement and when i am calling customer care, they are asking to get in touch with mi homes store. I am really disappointed now with the services and the customers is dealt in mibHomes.
whenever I am calling the centralized customer care, they keep repeating the same thing and keeping me on hold for more than a hour for speaking to the higher authorities.
I have the ** inch tv at my home which is sealed pack and I am not going to get it installed, until my request will be entertained to get it replaced with full hd tv. I am ready to pay additional costs for a full hd tv, but mi is torturing me from. last ** days by not replacing the sealed packed tv.
