We have had the worst experience with Footprint Holidayz. Naushad from Footprint Holidayz was the agent on whose assurance we opted for FP & hence Travel Triangle but we lost our *st night and next day as we were left stranded in Male on arrival. This happened because he and their fellow agent/booking company *MyvalueTravels* didn't take any effort to communicate with the hotel about our Flight arrival time. Because of which the speed boat for the day left without picking us. They were least bothered to inform us about the Speed boat timing, otherwise we could have taken a morning flight to be on the safe side.
We lost money & more importantly a good experience. We had to arrange an accomodation in Male on our own. No one expects such a bad experience with so much paid for the trip. Strongly condemn this booking travel agency.
