- Wrong food received Closed
This is not about the money I am complaining about. I am a vegetarian. I received something in chicken instead of what I ordered. If there is a food mismatch then that is fine. A common human error. But the change of food from veg to non-veg is a horrible thing that I cannot take it. I tasted it also. Only then I was able to find it. This is seriously mentally traumatic. The worst experience for a vegan. The company swiggy refunded it back. But how can I reverse this traumatic experience I had. I really lost my appetite. And in this multicultural society. Mistakes like these are not just mistakes. I cannot express how depressing it is. I demand action from the company.
