Zomato - Wrong Food item delivered refund initiated on March still the refund is not processed by zomato

On **th Feb, My mother had ordered a Golden delight Pizza from Chicago pizza , she was served a Paneer Pizza, My mother instantly complained about the same to Zomato, Zomato on checking the images promised a full refund of *** as compensation for their mistake, The refund was promised by **th Feb over SMS and zomato app, which didn't happen on again complaining regarding the non-initiation refund on **th Feb, we were again promised by Zomato CSA that the refund would be completed by **th March, on wrongly stated over social media platform that the resolution has been provided today, its **th Of March, no refund has been yet initiated I have made numerous compalints over social media and Emails to no avail, I have mailed my complaint at order@zomato.in having complaint reference number as - ********, on *rd March, I have not received any response on till date where as there official TAT for email complaints is * days,Zomato has very consciously served me a wrong order and since last ** days they have been very consciously harassing me and has refused to issue me a legitimate refund.
