MAHALAKSHMI S filed complaint against AARTHI SCANS & LABS, Chennai on May 24, 2021
We (Mahalakshmi S, Manoharan S N, Selvaraj P & Venkateshwari S) have given swab test for Covid ** on **.*.****. We got the report on **.*.**** stating that all four of us have tested Covid ** NEGATIVE. Meanwhile, the Corporation of Chennai have collected samples from Manoharan on **.*.**** for which we have received the report as Covid ** POSITIVE. Further corporation officials have informed us that myself (Mahalakshmi S) and Venkateshwari S have also tested POSITIVE.
How is this possible? For the sample taken on **th, the Corporation is giving a Positive report and for the sample taken on **th, Aarthi scans is giving a negative report. Further, another * of us have also been tested positive for which Aarthi scans have already given a negative report. How can we depend on the reports of Aarthi scans? Is Arthi scans wrong of Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) wrong? I trust GCC, as they are doing a tremendous job during this Covid outbreak. I have lost Rs. **** x * = Rs. ****.** for a report which is not trustworthy. I need a suitable response and refund of my money. My contact number is **********.
