I paid money for my daughter's scanning at Tambaram(Chennai) branch and was supposed to reach lab at * am on **nd Mar ****. We went there on time but lady doctor, as promised was not available. I was not sure when I can next come, so asked the money back. They simply said, they can not give it back. They had promised about the lady doctor availability on **nd morning. I am not blaming for not keeping the promise, as emergency can come for anyone. But if the breach of promise is on the LABS side, they should not hesitate to give the money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
