I enquired through telephone rate tariffs of few tests, to carry out for my son. More than ** minutes I called many times and attending staff didn't came back with details. Moreover one lady staff even purposely put my call on hold for ** minutes and allowed to cuttoff automatically. Worst customer care. Worst service and i will never turn back to this organization.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
