Asokanezhilan filed complaint against AARTHI SCANS & LABS, Chennai on Dec 3, 2021
On **.**.**** CT scan was taken in Gemini scan, which shows two calculus (stone) , treatment was started and on **.**.**** suddenly the pain was relieved ,so took ultrasound scan at AARTHI SCANS annanagar, the report says "no calculus" so we stopped the treatment.
On **.**.**** night there was a mild discomfort, so on **.**.**** morning took ultrasound scan at priyadarshini scan center, the report re confirmed the presence of stone.
I spoke with the management and doctor who did the scan (AARTHI) adamant that they are right and such small stone is insignificant and cannot be diagnosed with ultrasound.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
