It's been one and a half months since we purchased a new Kia carens prestige plus model and some foul smell started coming in our car. When we sent the car at your service station in Varanasi they asked for a charge of Rs.****/- for just opening and servicing the same. This is ridiculous that after such a short span of purchase such issues are coming
in the car and ingenuine costs are been levied by your service centre. We never expected such services from this brand.
I had high hopes and was very excited about this new car and even recommended it to others but your back end service team has left me demotivated.
I had even bought all the accessories, kits,My convience plus plan as my suggested by your sales team,
I hope your team looks into the matter and take appropriate action.
