Vijay Kamble filed complaint against Kia india on May 7, 2025
I am a resident of Gondia. On **/**/****, I gave my KIA Sonet vehicle for servicing at Aryodaya Kia showroom in Nagpur.
However, I had a very bad experience with the servicing. The service executive there told me that since my vehicle is now * years old, several parts need to be replaced, such as the fuel pump filter, air cleaner filter, etc., and based on that, they gave me a bill of ₹**,***/- & I have paid the bill.
But after the servicing, my vehicle has started showing several problems, such as a gas leakage sound from the AC, the AC only blows air but doesn’t cool, and the vehicle’s alignment has been disturbed.
When I complained about this, the executive told me to come to Nagpur to get it checked. I live in Gondia, which is *** km away from Nagpur. For this, I would incur a fuel expense of around ₹*,***. Who will bear that cost?
I have really disappointed with service given by KIA service center.
Request you to guide me on said issue and give me proper solution on it.
