I met with an accident on the fateful evening of **th of September, ****. We were able to tow the vehicle to Dilip Motors by midnight.
After about almost two months i.e November the insurance company accorded approval of the repairs.
However, it's been eight months since accident and six months from the approval date, yet the vehicle is nowhere near completion. The service team keeps reassuring me and extending the dates by two weeks each time. Onthe *st of June I have contacted customer service regarding the Sam, Iwas connected with the GM Service who gave me **th June as expected delivery.
On Thursday the area manager ofthe insurance company called enquiring about the delay. When I checked with the GM Service after that he told it will be done by this month end.
What should my further action be to get my vehicle?
