I am writing this email as I am very very disappointed with kind of service that Kia has provided to us.
So we had bought a pre owned car KIA SONET MH ** FR **** from your Shreeji Thane showroom on **th Aug ****.
The time we took a first look of the car from that day the car had problem as when they started the car at the showroom on **rd Aug, during that time the car had to jump started.
But the sale executive being very smart made us feel rest assured that there is no issue with the car and took us in soo much confidence that we actually trusted them. Which was our biggest mistake.
After delivery immediately within* week the car started giving problem, it did not start and that entire night (**th Aug) windows was open as there was no response from car at all. It was heavily raining as well.
When contacted the Showroom they said it’s a battery issue and asked us to call battery person. They came and jump started the car on which it started working.
Again after few days car failed to start. We again contacted showroom and they said being the month end they are busy.
Finally after week service centre person reached by place on *rd Oct, they also fail to start the car. We had to tow the car on *th oct and send to service centre in Kolshet.
After all the this, I have status that starting problem is solved as there was rusting issue near the battery. But but a new problem has arrived now! There is beep sound , whenever we close the door for few second. As per them this should ideally not happen as beep only comes when the door is not properly shut. We provided both the separate key as well to the service centre.
It been a week there is no resolution.
WE HAVE LOST TRUST NOW !!! It was embarrassing to face such issue in premises we stay!!!
Question here:
*) Is this kind of service KIA offers to customers?
While delivering the car Sales person was so optimistic and made us believe in all his words. He also claimed that the car is doubled check and we will absolutely face no issue what so ever. But within a week the car started giving problem. We feel now we are FOOLED.
*) There is no update from showroom guys from them selves? we have to follow up. We feel we have made mistake buying a pre owned car now!
*) Is this not a responsibility of KIA to provide a correct info to customer timely??? This feel like you have sold a faulty product.
*) What is the guarantee that we will not face any issue further?? As car was not able to survive for * month.
