had booked a movie ticket today, surprisingly the ticket got booked with default date..
As I had selected the date as **th of July **** for **.** pm show on the last row of seats.. I had selected payment option from yesbank Ltd but the transaction got failed and the system application prompting for do re transaction.. I had done the re transaction but surprisingly the ticket got booked for **th instead of **th july ****.. Here as a customer what is the mistake from myside??
Kindly arrange to cancel these tickets and refund my money back to its origination.. also arrange to get this system flaw rectified so that none of your customer will suffer like me.
