But today I have received the wrong and incomplete product.
Product received is : Droplet Con stop Cock Upper Trim. With a MRP of Rs.***.**
I have initiated return request to your moglix along with all photos , but the representative has rejected the return request. Also he was adamantly taking to us.
We are raising our complaint related to Wrong / incomplete product been send by the seller.
ie. Ordered Product as per site info.

But the seller has send us
Parryware Droplet Brass Con Stopcock Upper Trim MRP *** (ie. Upper Trim only)
We request you to kindly look in to the matter and arrange to return the product and refund.
Also it is clear that the seller is fooling the consumers by posting misleading information on your site and delivering incomplete goods.
Also note that this is also complete violation Under the Consumer Goods (mandatory printing of cost of Production and Maximum Retail Price) Act, ****,
(consumers cannot be charged more than the MRP mentioned on the packing of the products.)
