- Worst experience at Oyo rooms & Oyo support team Open
Booked hotel for * people and * rooms. Each room should have * double bed and * single bed as mention in the website of Oyo rooms. When we reach the Oyo hotel the rooms provided to us were very small and hardly * people can stay. Raised complaint to Oyo support but no response. I asked them to refund the money but still no response. No escalation matrix to reach out to higher management. If you can't provide a good service then please don't commit or don't make others fool. When we asked the manager in the hotel and the customer care people they didn't respond to us. We mailed and called customer care but no response. Kept us waiting for more than *-* hours in reception. When we asked the manager that we have booked * rooms for * people, he responded that first come first serve. Very bad experience.
Please refund my money back. Inform them that I have * senior citizens. Please help and support but still, Oyo supports them didn't even bother to respond.
