OYO Rooms - Money not refunded for order

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by OYO. I made a booking for a hotel (Flagship Relax view,Shyam Nagar Road)through OYO's website for my stay from **th Jan,**** to **th Jan,****. However, while reaching there, Hotel restricted me from staying there by giving one lame excuse

As per OYO's policy, I was entitled to a refund of the full amount that I had paid for the booking. After following up multiple times over * month, I have yet to receive my refund. I have made several attempts to contact OYO's customer support team regarding this matter, but have received no response.

I find this situation unacceptable, as OYO has not only failed to provide me with the service that I had paid for, but has also failed to refund the amount that is rightfully due to me. I request that OYO immediately refunds the amount that I had paid for the canceled booking.



I hope that this matter can be resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
