It's a Money fraud with pre booked room. I've booked a room with OYO (Q*A*****) and paid the money in advance. I was not given accomodation and my money was also not given. The check-in time was at **pm but I reached there by *:** am . So I was ready for early check in charges. When I went to see the room, it's the most dirtiest place I've seen in my life. The description and the rooms don't match. the bathroom is not cleaned. I can't even describe the experience. I just cancelled the booking then and there. I called the customer care and told them everything. They asked for pictures proof and I've mailed them the same. But they refuted my claims as false, which is not the case. I did have an option of paying on site, booking in advance was my mistake. They told i would get ***rs refund which is not even the **% of the amount I paid. That too without even giving me any service. I want to move in legally with a consumer complaint.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
