Darshan s filed complaint against Amazon on Oct 22, 2020
I order a product worth ***** inr on **th of Oct , **th was the delivery date and **th it came to bangalore warehouse from Hyderabad . From **th till date ** Oct everyday single day the product is going to wrong fecility / destination and I am yet to receive it (**th day and going on) customer service of Amazon has no information or update and unaware of what is happening . Twitter account only says pls mail us and when mail it's been * days everyday they revert us issue escalated to concerned department kindly wait
Till now no response and none are Abel to give me solution it's really harrassing the customer
