I had placed an order last month, once the product got delivered, i found the size to be not matching and placed a return request. The return request is being pending from more than a month now. The status updation is incorrect on the Zivame application (worst app ever). I have been constantly calling and following up with the customer support to track the return request. Everytime I hear the same statements….”we are escalating your request”, “the order will be picked up in ** hours”, “we ensure you that it will get picked by the end of the week”, etc. The item is not being picked up and nor the refund is being processed. Frankly, the amount of that product is not much to be bothered by it but the service is the thing that is not decent. This is not how you treat your customer. “** days easy return” - I would suggest to change your tag line.
