I ordered a bra worth **** and after I received, I tried and it doesn't fit me. So I requested for return and refund. They agreed but it mentioned only **** will be refunded. While enquired, they said that shipping cost will not be refunded. I also agreed to it. But still I haven't received my refund. The product was delivered on *th of March and the return was picked up on *th of March. It is so disappointing. It's my hard earned money. With lot of trust I placed order from this Zivame. I never knew they would be doing like this. Everytime I ask they say wait for another *-* days. This is truly disappointing. I need my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
