Drishti Goyal filed complaint against Zivame on May 17, 2025
I placed order from Zivame on *nd March ****. A return request was initiated on **th March, which was successfully completed. However, despite continuous follow-ups for almost two months, I have not received the refund of ₹****. I have been in touch with customer service team, including Ms. Barsha Porey and Ms. Supriti, and have submitted my bank statements multiple times, showing that no refund has been credited to my account. Each response from their team has been a repetition of previous replies, asking for more time and promising resolutions that never come
