KTM - Worst bike service

Iam writing this email in order to make you aware about a situation i recently faced from ktm showroom kasargod .
I own a duke *** ****
I went for the * service to the showroom
Morning i gave the bike and and evening they called out and said bike is ready immediately you have to take the bike .. there is rule that bike should not kept in showroom after service .. i know that there is no such rule in any showroom in india ..
ao very next day i took the bike and came home . When i reached home i checked the both back and front disc oil . Both were empty ., and also the coolent was empty .. if they had that much responsibility they should checked the bike before giving .. they didn’t flesh out the engine out perfectly so that new and the old oil mixed up .. And also piston sound started to hear ..
i want a immediate response regarding my issue ..
or else I am planning to move it legally against ktm kasargod ..
iam not the only on who complaints about that showroom
