KTM - Burnt bike due to faulty service and part

I had a minor accident which involved my bike getting touched with a tata ace sided by side brushing which may have caused a spark. and my broken tank (manufactering fault ) ( full fiber single piece consutrution) which was just replaced under warranty. the new tank was'nt in pristine conditiona and even after requesting multiple times the fuel plug O-rings were not replaced and torque wrench wasn't used and the service was done by an untrained staff under the supervision of trained task. caught fire while riding. i had to jump of the bike and my bike is completely burnt and i have suffered *rd degree burns. i have filled complaints multiple time. ktm doesnt seem to care and dont want to take responsibilty but yet they are unable to explain cause of fire.
