KTM - Bike defective KTM fails to resolve issue

I purchased my bike in february and since June I am being dragged to dealer's showroom and the workshop simply because my bike is defective and they are not able to identify the actual problem going on.
It started back in June when the bike won't start and I thought the battery might have been drained as because of the pandemic I couldn't drive it a lot.
However, even after reaching out to the KTM authorised dealership and workshop multiple times they simply told me that the battery has been now 'charged' and there is nothing else wrong in the motorbike.
On **th July I faced the same issue when my bike didn't start again and I had to go to the workshop to request for the change of battery. This when they told me they will inspect the matter and provide a suitable solution this time and just like evrytime they returned the bike saying nothing is wrong with it.
Around ** days after on **th August was back to square one and was struggling with same issue. On **th August I was sent to the workshop again after having some discussion with Mr. Rajiv Raj the owner of the Rajiv Raj Automobiles KTM Jagat Puri showroom when he ensured that this time the issue will be resolved by our experienced workers and I left my bike in the hands of the workers of the workshop for the third time and let's not forget for the same issue. The bike remained there for around * weeks and they called me back on **th August to collect my bike (which upon arriving to the workshop I got to know that the battery was again recharged and nothing else was done). I had some arguements and the mechanic told me that this would happen if you bike is not started within ** hours timeline. Like really..?? **hours ?? And they say it happens with every bike?? Does it ?? I strongly dont think so.
I left with my bike and on my way home I stopped at the petrol station to get some fuel and I realised that the report which said that everything was okay in my bike proved wrong when my bike won't start at the petrol station. I had to call the workshop again to tow the bike there and then again had to leave the bike there for the fourth time where just * hour ago they said that the bike is in perfect condition.
On *th September I got a call from the workshop ensuring me that the battery has changed and I can come and recollect it on *th as they need to check if anything else needs to be fixed in the bike. They handed me over the bike on *th giving me the confirmation that the BATTERY has now been REPLACED (which I highly doubt) and the issue seems to be resolved.
Everything looked great until * days later when on *th evening after picking up some groceries I realised that the bike again won't start and I am back with the same problem which has been going on since June and the KTM guys can not resolve.
Is this the value for money ? Is this the value of our hard earned money that we wish from the KTM owners ? I strongly disagree. I was so excited while making this purchase and owning my first motorbike ever but the dream has now shattered because of the poor response I got from the KTM officials and the company. I would really not suggest you guys to go for the KTM brand as it's after sales service is pathetic and it just makes you wonder whether this is a relationship you would want from somewhere you have spent around *lakhs for a bike that you've wished for years.
