Noman Baksh filed complaint against Myntra on Jan 6, 2024
My concern is that I got the wrong parcel of someone else who is from HR Arash Aasha and her name is also Swati and I got the charmacy Milano I broke pencil instead of Charmacy Milano foundation, and now the team is saying that the claim has been declined as they have confirmed from the logistic partner, that the product was intact, and the package was correctly delivered, but the thing inside the package I got is totally wrong as I have opened the package and I also made the video because it was seems to be a misplaced or a mismatch product because the foundation is usually delivered in a box because it is off the glass bottle and that needs to be delivered very delicately and this product is delivered enough paper bag. You guys can check it with the logistic or the seller else I need to raise the issue to the Social Media because this is not the way you guys are cheating the customer. Also your escalation team is saying that I am transferring your call to the manager but then the manager got connected who is just escalation supervisor like the previous supervisor and he just fooled me he just said hello hello and then he just disconnected the call on my face. That is not the good sign of Myntra. Previous agent, just fooled me then I got connected with the another agent Pari dialing the number of support executive then somebody from escalation supervisor team Heena she connected with me, and then she said that she can raise the issue again for the reinvestigation, because I have already investigated the things that are available with me. I have the invoice of Charmy Milano eyebrow pencil, which I will be loading with the video. I will share the images as well and the outer packages having the details of mine address, which is from Madhya Pradesh only, so basically the inside of the package the invoice and the product is totally wrong and I’m really disappointed with this because this is not the first time that I’m shopping from Myntra but you guys have totally destroyed your image with Flipkart. The Flipkart logistic is the fest fraud test logistic I ever seen so these guys are just making us fool so you guys cannot rely on their basis that they are saying right or wrong because we have all the proof if we are ordering something that is of ₹****. That means we are aware of the consequences and the money I have paid on delivery is **** for my charm foundation and I got eyebrow pencil of ₹*** is that fair, I want resolution as soon as possible because I am not going to wait for ** hours ** hours or three business days I just want resolution as soon as possible otherwise I will be raising this issue to the higher. I can upload all the videos to the social media, or the images to the social media, and if I will not get my money back order the correct product that doesn’t that will not affect me that much because your image will be affected for that.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
