I purchased Wildcraft Epsilon Luggage from Flipkart on **-**-**** with the following details-
FSN: STCG**SJGB*VGZW*
Amount: ₹****
But its outer shell got damaged while travelling but I was carefree as the product comes with a *-year warranty. So I visited the Wildcraft Store at MGF, MG Road Gurgaon to claim the warranty of the product, they told me that the product would be replaced as it was unrepairable damage in the shell of the luggage.
But I was blown by the surprise when personnel at the store told me that after the QC, the company would offer me a voucher code for the "Order Amount" after discarding the luggage so that I could avail that 'Voucher Code'a at the store to buy new luggage, but there is NO luggage available in the same price point, but were *X expensive than I brought my luggage at. That means I have to put in more money to get the luggage replaced.
When I objected to this treatment, they told me that it happens with online purchases as the quality of the product is cheaper and degraded as compared to the stock available in the offline store. I am so shocked to hear this as I have bought from an Authorised Seller on Flipkart then how can the company personnel say that quality is cheaper that's why the product got damaged. They further added that I would have brought the product from their offline store then they would have immediately replaced the product. Why is this differential treatment when the customer is buying an original product from even a renowned marketplace?
Then I referred to the warranty policy & FAQs of Wildcraft (https://wildcraft.com/warranty & https://wildcraft.com/faq) and nowhere mentioned that customers would be offered a Voucher Code when their product is replaced, then they have to put in more money to get another luggage from Wildcraft.
Hence, I am writing to you to request you to kindly REPLACE my luggage at NO EXTRA COST. I do not want any voucher code in replacement.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
