I have ordered a jacket from Wildcraft website and product delivered to me on * December **** and i raised a return request on *th December **** and product picked up from on *th December **** and product delivered to their warehouse on **th December **** now yesterday they mailed me that i returned the wrong product so they can't provide me refund, i mailed them i sent them correct order but they are denying it and customer support saying they can't process the refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
