Wildcraft India Private Limited - Not picking up product and not refunding money

I am sad to say that my parcel from Wildcraft that I have recieved a wrong product and I have put a request for refundment of money and return of parcel from the date **.**.**** and today is **.**.**** yet the parcel is not picked up from me. I need my money urgently but the company is not taking the matter as serious from last * days I'm trying to contact with ur complaint number they are not responding properly.So, sadly I have to file a case against you on the basis of IPC section *** for not returning money. As soon as possible try to solve the matter otherwise I have to take action against your company.
