I purchased a Wildcraft backpack on *nd February **** for approximately ₹*,***, which came with a *-year warranty. However, within just * years of moderate use, the zip has completely malfunctioned.
When I visited their Great India Place showroom, I was informed that the bag would only be repaired, not replaced. While I appreciate the existence of a repair service, it is quite inconvenient for customers to travel all the way to the store — especially when it involves additional parking charges of ₹***, just to claim a warranty service.
Considering Wildcraft’s reputation for durability and customer satisfaction, I sincerely request that you revisit your warranty support policy and make it more customer-centric and accessible. Small improvements like a pickup and drop service for repairs could significantly enhance the customer experience.
