We call jio fiber customer care from *st april and today it is *th april. Customer care executive always said that our technicial will visit today in evening or tomorrow in morning. But no technician come from first date. No demo was given to us also. Very bad experience from your company. We will never recommend your company to any other person. AIRTEL SERVICE IS BEST THAN JIO FIBER. Even CONNECT BROADBAND ALSO PROVIDES SERVICE BETWEEN ** hours. But JIO COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM FROM MORE THAN *WEEK. Dont trust this company.
