Date May **, ****- I placed an order for JioFiber and paid upfront fee of ₹ ****.** to JioFiber online. To my surprise the Jio executive calls up and says that since I have booked JioAirFiber connection, I need to pay another **** at the time of installation. I requested him to cancel the order since I need JioFiber and not JioAirFiber. He asked me to call Customer care and I did. Customer care executive wasnt of any help and said he can't cancel order, asked me to get in touch with installation team to cancel the order. I called again the installation executive, he said, he can't cancel it. I kept calling over next few days both customer care and installation executive but in vain.
I have been writing emails to Jio since *st July **** in regard to refund to be processed, so far there is no resolution.
Date May **, **** - I placed cancellation order on Jio whatsapp number and got the reply that "Data Voucher will be credited to my number in next ** working days". It's been over a month, there is no credit of ****.**. While checking on Jio Fiber website, there is no such information regarding the order placed/Cancelled.
Jio Customer care is of no help, they have no clue how to resolve the long pending issue or how refund can be processed. They can't even track it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
