I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Jio for their failure to install the JioFiber connection at my residence, despite confirming the order, and for the delay in processing my refund. The details of the case are as follows:

On [Date of Booking], I booked a JioFiber connection through Jio's sales agent, who assured me that the installation would be completed without any issues. However, when the Jio engineer visited my home for the installation, I was informed that my residence does not have a proper fiber pole for connection, making the installation impossible.

Despite being assured during the booking process, this critical field requirement was overlooked, and my time was wasted. As a result, I requested a refund, but my request has not been processed in a timely manner. I believe this negligence on Jio’s part has caused me inconvenience and a waste of my valuable time.

I, therefore, request the Consumer Court to take appropriate action and instruct Jio to:
