Jio Fiber - Scam by your employees embezzlement of jio fiber booking amount

I smelled something was fishy when the guy said to use his personal number for contacting him instead of the official number, Prem masqueraded himself as RajKumar & embezzled ****Rs. Booking amount from me.

The guy convinced me to book the connection by paying **** Rs. EOI, he assured me that it will be refunded back to me if the connection is not possible.

The connection eventually was deemed not feasible and was cancelled by the installation person.

While I got my recharge amount of Rs. ****.** back,
the EOI order booking amount of Rs. **** is still not refunded back to me.

I have been insisting that the transaction amount should be reversed back to my account from the time the connection was cancelled by the installation team, but this person (Prem: **********) is insisting that he will instruct other people (Pawan: **********) to install the connection, till today these two people have been playing around back and forth & now disconnecting my calls; avoiding the issue of my refund of the booking amount.

I have all the earlier call recordings, can share them if needed. Take action against these * people & give me my ****Rs. Back.

Give me my booking amount back by any means necessary.
