I booked a flight ticket for my friend and his father from Make My trip (MMT) for ** April ****. But due to coronavirus situation at this time on ** April I rescheduled the flight on *th Feb, **** with Indigo website. As the new booking was of lower fare option , Indigo refunded the difference of fare to MMT on **th April itself ( that can be confirmed from Indigo airlines). So I requested MMT from Facebook support page to initiate that fare difference amount. While initiating that refund somehow MMT cancelled the whole PNR. After repeatedly complaining I have got no resolution from MMT side yet.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
